We know it can be frustrating when you see "Delivered" on the Tracking website but you did not received your products.
Thus we list here sharing some possible scenarios it could or might have been and also what you should and can do.
But before we start, you need to know there are currently 3 delivery partners we work with in the U.S that are delivering on a postal mail small items service.
It can be either one of these delivery partners; DHL, FEDEX or UPS depending on your location address.
This means your order is delivering to your mail box, letter box and not directly to your door. Please ensure to make space for your ordered supplements!
Understanding "Delivered" status means the delivery postman or personnel have successfully put in your order parcel into the given address mailbox/ letterbox and then they will update to mark the delivery status as "Delivered".
Possible reasons why your order is Delivered but not received by you:
- Your order could have been received and taken by your family member or someone living under the same address whom is able to open your letterbox/ mailbox. Please check with your family member or others first whom might have helped you take your parcel into the house.
- It could have been the delivery address given was wrong during the payment checkout which has an unintended mistake. We can at times make such simple mistake thus please check back your order summary to see if the address given is correct. Contact us if you find out you have given a wrong address. We will ship out a replacement with chargeable delivery fee of Flat $10 (across all our delivery states in the U.S).
- The delivery person might have placed and put into the wrong address thus the wrong mailbox or letterbox. What you can do is to call immediately the post office (if it is UPS) or call the hotline number of DHL/ FEDEX calling them up directly to check giving them your required particulars like sending address and addressee name. This is the faster and easiest way to find out rather than us helping because the designated area assigned postman/ delivery personnels are usually fixed and/or you might already know them as familiar for they have been delivering to you in the past.
