First sign in your shopping account via the human icon on the top right of our store.
At the Dashboard section, click on "Addresses" and add in the correct new address.
Please ensure there is only ONE address and delete the old/wrong address, this way the new address data will then be able to update into our system.
We fulfill all our orders within 24 hours and if you change or want us to change after 24 hours it will not be possible.
If your order is already labelled and preparing to send out, there is no way we can change the address for you.
Please write to support@vitalnutritive.com should you face such situation after 24 hours of your order placed.
